It's Christmas time again. You are in Portland, Oregon standing in a 7-11 parking lot off of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. late at night. You have nowhere else to go. You wander toward Alberta St. The sign on AAA Heating & Cooling says "Merry Christmas". Another Christmas with nowhere to go. The snow falls on your head and puddles form where the sidewalks meet the street. It's almost 2022 and believe me, things could be better.

Another Lewis the Light Christmas album about having nowhere to go. About the light Christmas lights make on a cold wet street late at night. That silence on the street you only get this time of year. And the fear you feel knowing that you are almost to the end of one more year.

Ambient synth-y dream folk for walking around the city late at night as the very first snow is falling and there is a special holiday silence spread across the neighborhood.

Instruments used: microKorg synthesizer, wood flute, free online drum machine.
